RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- due to handmade and made-to-order nature of products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or accidental orders.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
- if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear phots of the item.
- if the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

FINAL SALE
- customized/personalized items and worn or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged.
